Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian is often referred to as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents Her career began as a child actress just after emigrating to United States. From 2013 to 2016 she worked as the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020. Her fame was boosted due to her appearances in TV commercials. She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction show Other Space (2015). She also had regularly featured in the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub was initially selected to voice the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's pilot that was never aired for New Warriors in 2018, was voiced in that role since. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. At two years of age, she and her parents immigrated to the U.S. as refugees to escape antisemitism, settling in West Hollywood. When she was five, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. Following her sophomore year, she quit and obtained an GED. She continued to get a Bachelor of Arts Communication from University of California San Diego. She studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade
